  • International Workshop «Economic Growth, Macroeconomic Dynamics and Agents' Heterogeneity»

    The Department of Economics of the European University at St. Petersburg is organizing a two-day international workshop on May 25–26, 2017. The aim of the workshop is to promote research in dynamic macroeconomics with a focus on agents' heterogeneity and income distribution.

    We regularly stage open lectures on various economic problems of utmost importance. These are organised as the S. L. Pechersky research seminar of the Department of Economics.
  • CEEES Workshops

    The Centre for Energy and Environmental Economics Studies (CEEES) actively develops the network of academic contacts by organising various courses, conferences, workshops, lectures and seminars. In particular, the CEEES successfully organises International Workshops on Natural Resources, Environment and Economic Growth in St. Petersburg, bringing together on a regular basis experts in the field of natural resources and environment economics from leading universities of the world.

    Summer and winter schools «Sustainable Growth and Resource Curse», St. Petersburg, Russia (June, 2008 – January, 2011).
  • Annual Conference (2007–2011)

    From 2007 to 2011 the Department of Economics of the European University together with St. Petersburg Institute for Economics and Mathematics, Russian Academy of Sciences, organised annual conference «Modern Approaches to Modelling in Economics, Finance and Business». Participants of the conferences represented graduate students and specialists from various research centres and universities in St. Petersburg as well as economists from other Russian cities.
