It was the second time the city hosted the event organized by the Delegation of European Commission to Russia. A prominent scholar from Greece Loukas Tsoukalis, a Polish public figure and well-known journalist Adam Michnik, a German diplomat and politician Gunter Pleuger as well as a professor of Higher School of Economics (Moscow) Sergei Medvedev were participating in the debate.
The event took place at Grand Hotel Europe, Roof Hall (Mikhailovskaia street, 1/7)
