PARTICIPATION IN UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION

On March 24^th, EUSP professor Olga Bychkova gave a presentation at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO as part of the professional retraining program “Leaders of Change for Global Universities.” Her report was devoted to the topic of participation in university administration, or shared governance) and the possibility of introducing such a model to Russian universities.

In the course of her report, she presented the main results of a comparative study conducted by a EUSP team in 2015, which analyzed administrative models in a number of the universities in Germany, Finland, and Russia.
