The organizing committee of RBC Saint Petersburg Awards has announced that EUSP Rector Nikolai Vakhtin (and with him the entire University which is experiencing difficult times) has been nominated for the Manager of Social Projects award in recognition of many years of efforts to develop the scientific potential and increase the human capital of St. Petersburg.
Nominees for the Manager of Social Projects award are people who have effectively guided the implementation of non-commercial projects aimed at providing material and / or non-material support to people in difficult life situations as well as changing the quality of the social and cultural environment in St. Petersburg.
RBC Awards are given for business achievements in Saint Petersburg. The nominations are intended to popularize effective business models and bright projects, support and inspire talented entrepreneurs and public figures who are developing St. Petersburg and contributing to the progress of its economy. The project is based on the rigid principles and high standards of RBC.
This year RBC Awards will be presented in six nominations: Entrepreneur, Manager, Investor, Startup Leader, Innovator, Manager of Social Projects.
Public voting for nominees runs from October 23 to November 24 on the RBC website: http://www.rbc.ru/awards_spb. Two nominees will be short listed through voting, the winner will be selected by the Awards Expert Council.
The results will be announced on December 6, 2017 at the awards ceremony.
