International programs

The location of EUSP is idyllic. Situated in a beautiful building which looks like it's right out of one of Tolstoy’s epic novels on the Neva River.

My time at EUSP was marked by a warm university culture. The people were diverse coming from all over Europe, the States, and of course Russia… Not to mention Australia my home country. This fantastic university community which broke down the traditional barriers between Professor and Student made the whole university experience all the better.

The university administration was sensitive to the demands of past students and in my year started a program focusing on terrorism generally but particularly aimed at the Caucasus area. I was particularly impressed with the quality of teaching at EUSP in this as in the other courses I took. The Russian Courses available to all students were of a high caliber and my recommendation to students considering EUSP is to plan one’s time accordingly to take full advantage of that opportunity.
