In the Conference Hall, EUSP, Mikhail Oseevsky, Vice-Governor of Saint-Petersburg, held a public lecture. Mr. Oseevsky touched upon the questions of Saint-Petersburg budget sequestering, cooperation between bisiness and city government and financial institutions of Saint-Petersburg.
After the lecture he answered questions, which dealt mainly with economics and global financial crisis.
