What is there with EUSP?
Today, on April 5, 2017, the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast ruled on the EUSP claim against the Committee for Property Relations to declare unjustified the unilateral refusal to implement the lease agreement.
The court did not uphold the EUSP claim. The decision of the court may be appealed at the 13th Arbitration Appeal Court within a month after its publication.
